Peggy Chin Evans

Peggy Chin Evans, PhD, serves as the Vice President of Community Health Center Performance at Aledade, Inc., where value-based care strategies are developed for Community Health Centers. Active as a Board Member for the Community Health Worker Coalition for Migrants and Refugees, Peggy works towards health equity for underserved populations. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at OneHealthPort, overseeing Washington State's Health Information Exchange, and Chief Operating Officer at International Community Health Services, managing operations across multiple clinics. With extensive experience in strategy management at Premera Blue Cross and transformation initiatives at Neighborcare Health, Peggy has a strong background in quality improvement and health IT consulting from tenure at Qualis Health. Peggy earned a PhD and Master's in Social Psychology from Michigan State University and a BA in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
