Bongiwe Sokhela

Bongiwe Sokhela is a seasoned professional in human capital and organizational development with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Strategic People Lead at BCX since September 2023, Bongiwe focuses on coaching and possesses over seven skills in this area. Prior to this role, Bongiwe held the position of Head of Organisational Development at ALUWANI Capital Partners, where accountability for the organisational development strategy was key. Previous experience includes Divisional Executive: Human Capital at Momentum, where management of human capital functions and leadership of a team of practitioners were crucial, and roles at FNB South Africa, including Head of Human Resources and Head of Talent Management. Bongiwe's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Leadership Coaching from the University of Johannesburg and an Advanced Certificate in Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
