Shelley Overholt-Thiesen M.D.

Shelley Overholt-Thiesen MD is a seasoned executive in healthcare, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Affordability and Risk Initiatives at Aledade, Inc., where responsibilities include managing Risk Stratification and CDI teams and overseeing value-based care initiatives. Overholt-Thiesen holds extensive experience in affordability initiatives and patient care quality, having previously held various senior leadership roles at Aledade, as well as positions at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, Jackson and Coker, Family Practice Associates of McPherson LLC, Kansas Foundation for Medical Care, and Baylor College of Medicine. Educational qualifications include a BA in Human Physiology from Rice University, an MD from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and board certification in Family Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
