Mathias Crouzet

Mathias CROUZET is a Process Development Engineer at Aledia since August 2021, focusing on process engineering for micro LED applications, specifically in display technologies. Previously, Mathias held the position of Back End Development Engineer at Aledia, overseeing back-end integration processes for microLED fabrication. Mathias gained valuable experience as a Process Phosphor Engineer at Linxens, where responsibilities included industrializing phosphor and silicone mixing processes while enhancing the stability of LED package colorimetry. An internship as a Development Engineer at Linxens contributed to expertise in the LED sector. Early research internships at Keio University and C3MAG involved synthesizing and characterizing materials, while internships at Owens Corning and KEM ONE provided insight into product analysis and laboratory data management. Mathias holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from SIGMA Clermont and a Master of Research in Materials for Energy from Université Blaise Pascal.
