Roy Dagher

Epitaxy Engineer at Aledia

Roy Dagher is an experienced epitaxy engineer currently working at Aledia since May 2020. Prior to this role, Roy Dagher served as a postdoctoral research associate at Laboratoire des Technologies de la Microélectronique from September 2019 to March 2020, and as a postdoctoral fellow at CEA from February 2018 to August 2019. Roy Dagher also worked as a teacher assistant at Polytech Nice Sophia, teaching classical mechanics to first-year engineering students, and as a doctoral researcher at CNRS CRHEA, focusing on chemical vapor deposition of graphene layers on SiC and III-nitrides. Earlier experience includes an internship at CNRS CRHEA, where Roy Dagher conducted research on chemical vapor deposition growth of silicon dots. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics from Université Côte d'Azur (2014-2017) and two Master's degrees in Materials Science and Material Physics from Lebanese University (2009-2014).
