Ginda Armada Soaduan Harahap has a robust experience in IT application support and service management, currently serving as L2 Application Support at Aleph-Labs since July 2021. Previous roles include Application Support Analyst, Level II at Odyssey Information Services, where Ginda focused on incident management and ticket resolution, and ITO SvC Delivery Consultant II at DXC Technology, managing IT service management functions to ensure quality service delivery. Early career experience includes positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, where Ginda held roles related to performance lead and service delivery representation.
