Leshane Perry

Leshane Perry is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Alef Education since June 2023, Leshane is responsible for leading global strategy, investments, and M&A initiatives for the EdTech provider. Prior to this role, Leshane was the Head of Corporate Development for Europe and the Middle East at Nord Anglia Education, where growth initiatives were spearheaded for a leading premium schools organization. Experience also includes serving as Group Director of M&A at Compass Group Plc, focusing on strategic business roles, and working in Corporate Finance for M&A and Valuations at PwC South Africa. Early career included an Audit Consultant position at PricewaterhouseCoopers and completing academic articles at the University of Cape Town. Leshane holds a Business Science degree with Finance Honours, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, and a Master’s in Financial Management from the University of Cape Town.
