Brenda Garcia

Brenda Garcia has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Brenda currently holds the position of VP, Talent Management at Alegeus since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Monster as a VP - Senior HR Business Partner from January 2018 to July 2022. Brenda also served as a Senior Manager People Strategy at Sapient from March 2016 to January 2018. Before that, Brenda had a long tenure at IBM, where they held various roles such as BU HR Leader, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Partner, and PDM from 2000 to 2016.

Brenda Garcia has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Brenda also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Boston College.
