Maryna Gomer

Maryna Gomer is an experienced professional in information security and risk management, currently serving as the Manager of Information Security Operations at Alegeus since May 2020. In this role, Maryna leads the Security Operations team, focusing on protecting customer data within the healthcare and financial services sectors. Prior to this, Maryna held positions as an Information Security Analyst, Data Analyst Intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and as a Security Contractor/Dental Assistant, where significant contributions included system migrations for HIPAA compliance and cost savings through vendor negotiations. Additionally, Maryna has extensive experience in risk management from ten years as Lead Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Aval. Maryna holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Sumy National Agrarian University, as well as a Certificate in Cyber Security from Bunker Hill Community College.
