Wendy Manganaro

Wendy Manganaro has extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Wendy is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Alegeus since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at RSA Security from January 2022 to July 2022. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Inspire Brands (formerly Dunkin' Brands), where they served as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from January 2020 to January 2022, and as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition from 2016 to 2020. Wendy also has experience at Ocean Spray Cranberries, where they held various roles including Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they worked at Milton Academy as a Human Resources Generalist from 2004 to 2010.

Wendy Manganaro holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Wendy also has a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
