Mirna Zubcevic

Mirna Zubcevic has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Mirna started their career at Swedbank in 2002 as a Credit Payment Controller in the back office. Mirna then worked as an Interviewer and Instructor at TNS Gallup, where they conducted quantitative surveys and trained new interviewers. Mirna also recruited respondents for qualitative research.

In 2003, Mirna joined Folksam as a Financial Advisor and Insurance Salesman. Mirna actively worked towards sales targets, tailored insurance solutions, and coordinated further services and reverse money. Mirna continued to work at Folksam until 2010, during which they also held the role of Insurance Salesman.

Mirna then joined Alektum Group in 2010. Mirna started as a Team Leader for Telephone Collection and PreCollection, where they assisted in day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving. Mirna also coached team members, conducted performance reviews, and was involved in recruitment. Mirna later became a Team Manager for Debt Collection B2C, Telephone Collection & PreCollection. In 2018, they took on the role of a part-time Business Performance Director and Team Manager, and in 2019, they became the Director of Business Performance at Alektum Group.

Additionally, Mirna has a background in politics and served as an elected representative for Kungsbacka kommun, landstinger & region Halland from 2002 to 2004. Mirna also held positions on the town district and county council, and was a member of the Sydsam's board of directors.

Mirna then went on to attend the University of Gothenburg, where they completed independent courses in 1998 and obtained a Master of Science in Public Finance and Accounting in 2003. In 2013, Mirna pursued further education at Svensk Inkasso, specializing in contract and law, enforcement authority, credit security, insolvency, negotiation, disputes, and conciliation, ultimately becoming a certified debt collector. Additionally, in 2015, they attended the National Defence University for a course in Team and Leadership Development, earning a degree in UGL (Utveckling av Grupp och Ledare).
