Lauren Jones

Lauren Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lauren started their career at eBay Inc as a Commercial CRM Planner before moving on to Planning-Inc as an Account Executive, where they worked on managing client projects and delivering measurable benefits. Lauren then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility at Planning-Inc, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and finally Account Director. In these roles, they oversaw multiple client accounts, developed and executed CRM strategies, and managed teams. Most recently, Lauren worked at Amara Living Ltd as the Head Of Marketing, where they led a team of seven and set the marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
