C I Shetty is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited since December 2006, C I Shetty has also held various leadership roles such as President of Human Resources & Business Support and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Business Development. Prior to joining Alembic, C I Shetty led talent management at HCC and managed human resources for sales and marketing at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. With a solid foundation in human resources management, having started in roles such as Senior Manager at Unichem Laboratories Limited and HR Manager at SM DYE CHEM, C I Shetty has a rich expertise in talent acquisition, operations, and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in HR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a PG in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai, and a Master's in Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidyapith Pune.
