Stephanie Torres-Nieves

Stephanie Torres-Nieves is an experienced HR and finance professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and FP&A Analyst at Alen since October 2020. In this role, Stephanie provides strategic leadership on HR initiatives, focusing on organizational design, talent development, and employee relations while leading enterprise-wide talent processes to enhance system efficiency. Prior to Alen, Stephanie held various positions including Director of Administration at ClubCorp, Senior Accountant at ScaleFactor, and Club Accountant at The Dominion Golf Group, showcasing a strong background in accounting and financial management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University–Central Texas.
