Brandon Palatt

Brandon Palatt has had a long and successful career in technology and business operations strategy. In 2022, they began working as Technology and Business Operations Strategy at Aleo. In 2021, they became VP Technology Transformation and Enterprise Planning at West Marine. In 2020, they were Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Technology Planning at Public Storage. From 2008 to 2005, they were Sr. Director, Brand Technology Management and Business of IT and Sr. Director, 2020 Transformation Program, IT at Tapestry. Brandon also held positions such as Director, Global Unified Commerce; Sr. Manager, Retail Systems; Manager, PMO. From 2005 to 2008, they were Director, Solution Architecture & PMO, IT at Steve and Barry's. In all of these roles, they have been responsible for guiding founders and executives, defining operating models, creating roadmaps, selecting and implementing platforms/tooling, improving processes, restructuring IT organizations, building effective execution and delivery teams, and deep diving into multiple system and project breakdowns.

Brandon Palatt attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2005, where they studied Brandon'story and Philosophy of Science and Technology. Brandon did not graduate from the University of Pennsylvania.
