Johannes Spindler

Johannes Spindler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Johannes is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Aleph Alpha since May 2023. Prior to this, they founded Lionel, a digital companion for stutter therapy, in July 2022 and worked there until April 2023. Johannes also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Entrepreneur First from April to June 2022. Before entering the startup world, Johannes worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Consultant from July 2019 to March 2022. Johannes previously interned at McKinsey & Company as a Consulting Intern in early 2019. Other experiences include working as a Data Science Working Student at Celonis in 2018, a Project Management Intern at Krinner Solar in late 2017, and a Production Planning Engineer at Daimler AG from 2013 to 2015.

Johannes Spindler began their education by completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2010 to 2013. Johannes then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management at the Technical University of Munich from 2015 to 2018. In 2016, Johannes participated in a semester abroad program at QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
