Bar Schneidman has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to 2020. From 2010 to 2013, they worked for the IDF Intelligence Research Department as a Researcher and Executive Assistant. In 2013, they began working for Keshet TV as a Format Developer, Researcher and Casting Associate. In 2016, they were an Associate for the Leumi Innovation Project at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship, IDC. That same year, they were also Manager of ProWoman IDC, a NPO promoting female leadership. In 2017, they were an Analyst for Adkit, a consulting firm that provides customized business research services. In 2018, they were a Co-Founder of Kula, a platform for pre-hiring, training and evaluation for job candidates, and a Student at the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. Finally, in 2020, they were a Talent Pod Lead - Ampliphy Platform, Deal Flow Operations and Executive Assistant for Aleph, a venture capital fund.

Bar Schneidman obtained two Bachelor's degrees from Reichman University between 2015 and 2019. The first degree was in Business Administration and Management with a major in finance, and the second degree was in Psychology with a major in Behavioral Economics.
