Ricardo Flores

Ricardo Flores has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ricardo is currently working as the Head of Engineering at Alephee since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Software Architect Team Lead at the same company from August 2020 to January 2023. Ricardo also worked as a Software Architect from May 2018 to August 2020, where they were responsible for research and development of new technologies, release planning, issue resolution, collaboration with various departments, code review, and training the development team. Ricardo started their career as a Software Engineer at Alephee from September 2017 to May 2018, where they focused on designing and developing features and maintaining software functionality.

Before joining Alephee, Ricardo worked at FK TECH SRL as a .Net Developer and Analyst from March 2017 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were with BGH S.A. as a .Net Developer and Analyst from April 2012 to February 2017. Ricardo began their career at Axoft in February 2006 as a Developer before transitioning to Customer Support, where they provided operational and technical support for the company's ERP software. Ricardo left Axoft in April 2012.

Ricardo Flores attended UTN FRBA from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería with a focus on Ingeniería de sistemas. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they completed their education at EET Nº4 "I Brigada Aérea - El Palomar", earning a degree in Técnico Electrónico. Their field of study at EET Nº4 was Tecnología/Técnico de ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones.
