Sandeep Kalekar

Sandeep Kalekar currently serves as the Head of Sales Engineering at FifthElement.ai, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sandeep Kalekar was the Vice President of PreSales at Alepo Technologies Inc. from May 2016 onwards. Sandeep Kalekar has a strong background in solution architecture and project management, demonstrated during tenure at Ericsson from August 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included developing end-to-end BSS solution architecture designs and conducting requirement gathering workshops. Experience at Nokia Siemens Networks as an R&D Test Lead involved preparing technical proposals and creating high-level and low-level designs for the Nokia OCS, while earlier roles at Motorola Solutions and Infosys focused on software engineering and system integration within telecom networks. Sandeep Kalekar holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Sindhu Vidya Bhavan.
