Ben Kummer

Ben Kummer currently serves as the Senior Director of Organization Development at Alera Group, Inc., where responsibilities include leading employee engagement initiatives and creating training programs in collaboration with HR and Operations leadership. Prior to this role, Ben was the Director of Organization Development at Direct Benefits, where focus was on organizational design and managing the talent life cycle for a growth-driven company. Ben’s extensive experience at Regis Corporation spanned multiple roles including Talent Acquisition - Salon Recruitment Manager, Human Resources Manager, Operations Director, and Operations Coordinator, contributing significantly to recruitment strategies, operational management, and employee development initiatives. Ben Kummer holds a BA in Marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA and a Certificate in Transformational Change & Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas.
