Julie Mullins

Julie Mullins is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Signant Health since July 2021, Julie is responsible for centralizing the learning function and delivering key initiatives during a period of growth. Prior to this role, Julie held significant positions such as Executive Director at Change Healthcare, where the focus was on the design and transition of learning programs from in-person to virtual classrooms. Julie's career also includes leadership roles in companies such as Gehring Group, Accredo, CHEP, Convergys/Synnex, HD Supply, and The Walt Disney Company, where Julie successfully developed and implemented strategies that aligned learning initiatives with overarching business goals. Julie holds a BS in Administration from Radford University.
