Brenda Bassett

Brenda Bassett serves as the Executive Director of Employee Benefits Operations for Alera Group Northwest Region since July 2023. Prior to this role, Brenda held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at Davidson Benefits Planning, LLC from April 2006 to July 2023. Brenda's extensive career includes leadership roles such as General Manager of BenefitHelp Solutions at The ODS Companies, Vice President of Operations at Associated Administrators, Inc., and Manager of Sales Operations at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon. Brenda began professional experience at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon in various capacities, including Supervisor of Sales Operations and Marketing Technician. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Business from the University of Oregon, where education was completed from 1984 to 1990.
