Heather Eshaghpour

Heather Eshaghpour serves as the Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits for the South Central region at Alera Group, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, at OneDigital, Heather held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations, where oversight of client operations for the Tennessee market was a key focus. As Market Leader for Tennessee, Heather enhanced client retention and service delivery across various teams. Earlier roles at Paradigm Group involved directing client services and managing a significant book of business while facilitating team integration during an acquisition. Heather's career began in customer service with Prudential Healthcare, followed by a series of progressively responsible positions within Paradigm Group. Heather is an alumnus of Belmont University, having completed the Mini MBA Program in 2018.
