Jim Blue has vast experience in the insurance industry, serving as the President of Alera Group, Inc. where Jim focuses on revenue growth and integration of new firms. Previously, Jim was the CEO of Marsh & McLennan Agency - Northeast, providing advice and services to small/mid-size corporations. Jim Blue is also the Chairman & CEO of their company. Jim attended Boston College from 1982 to 1986.
