Latischa Petty-Mitchell

Latischa Petty-Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Current role as VP of Total Rewards at Alera Group, Inc., started in August 2021, follows a tenure as Senior Manager of Total Rewards & Shared Services at Indorama Ventures from April 2020 to July 2021. Prior to this, Latischa held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Nexeo Solutions, managing benefits programs and vendor relationships from July 2012 to February 2020.
