Senthil Nagarajan

Senthil Nagarajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, technology, and operations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Alera Group, Inc. since July 2022, following the acquisition of Lumity, Inc., where Senthil co-founded and held the position of COO from 2013 to June 2022. As a Technical Advisor for PlanYear, Senthil supports an AI solution designed to enhance the insurance brokerage experience. Prior roles include significant leadership at Intel Corporation, TiVo, Lotus Interworks, Mistral, BackWeb Technologies, Nortel, and Philips, showcasing a strong background in strategic product development and marketing. Senthil holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Anna University Chennai.
