Nancy Degroff

Nancy DeGroff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Alera Group, Inc. since November 2018, Nancy has previously held roles such as Director Lead2Health at Benefit Advisors Network and Consultant positions at CM Smith and Aetna. With a career spanning from 1984 at Aetna in marketing and underwriting to a Vice President role at CBIA, Nancy has developed expertise in financial training, cultural sensitivity, and international consulting.
