Tiffany Sanders

Tiffany Sanders serves as the Director of Technology Support Services at Alera Group, Inc., where Tiffany leads a data-driven team providing support to over 5000 colleagues while collaborating with vendors to implement effective solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Technology Operations at CURO Financial Technologies Corp., where Tiffany managed day-to-day operations and expanded the scope from Desktop Services to all Technology Production Operations. Additional roles at CURO encompassed leading an IT support team focused on customer-centric service and pioneering travel technician functions. Previous positions with companies such as Newport Television, IBM, Cox Communications, and Koch Industries established a strong foundation in technical support and operations.
