Tara Gray

Tara Gray, CMP, DES, currently serves as the Director of Events & Community Engagement at Aleran Software since May 2025, and previously held positions as Event Marketing Manager at SugarCRM and Prokeep. With a robust background in event management, Tara has successfully developed strategies for both internal and external events, collaborated with executive teams for alignment on event goals, and significantly increased event-related pipeline and social media engagement. Prior roles include Lead Customer Success Manager at Social27 Inc., Event Project Manager at SmithBucklin, and various management positions in the event services sector, showcasing a diverse skill set in logistics, vendor management, and client relationship-building. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
