Lina Alexandersson

Lina Alexandersson is an experienced HR professional with a focus on learning and development, currently serving as an HR Business Partner/L&D Specialist at Aleris since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lina held the position of HR Manager at Ultragyn Stockholm AB from January 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included supporting operational managers across the HR spectrum and building efficient HR structures. From 2014 to 2016, Lina worked as an HR Generalist at BTH Bygg AB, managing recruitment processes, training, wellness programs, onboarding, and various HR administrative tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruiter/Candidate Manager at Poolia from February 2011 to November 2014. Lina holds a degree in PAO from Uppsala University, completed in 2011.
