Nicolas Ponset is the founder and CEO of Aleron Partners. Nicolas has over 20 years of experience in the finance and business development industries.

Ponset began their career at IBM in 1999, where they worked in finance and business development for IBM Global Services. Nicolas left IBM in 2004 to join Accenture as a senior manager in their strategy and business development department. Nicolas remained with Accenture until 2007, when they joined JPMorgan as an executive director in their strategy and business development department.

Ponset left JPMorgan in 2010 to start their own company, Aleron Partners. Aleron Partners is a consulting firm that specializes in helping businesses with mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and capital raising.

Nicolas Ponset has a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Corporate and tax law from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School.
