Carl Kutsmode has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management consulting. Carl is currently serving as the SVP - Executive Search & Talent Consulting Practice Leader at TalentRise Inc. Prior to this, Carl founded Tiburon Group Inc and later became the Principal of Recruiting Solutions Practice at Capital H Group Inc. Carl has also worked as a National Sales / Recruiting Manager at Taylor Management Systems. Throughout their career, Carl has provided recruitment optimization services and expertise to various companies. Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
