With extensive experience in quality assurance and product lifecycle management, Heather has held various leadership roles in companies like ALERT INNOVATION and Brooks Automation. Currently serving as the VP of Business Systems and Product Change Management, Heather oversees IT aspects at ALERT INNOVATION and leads the Configuration Control team. Prior to this, Heather held positions such as VP of Quality Assurance and Director of Engineering Services, showcasing their expertise in implementing scalable best practices for product development teams.
