Randy Rambarran

Randy Rambarran currently serves as the Director of IT Operations & Privacy at alertdriving®, where responsibilities include the planning, development, implementation, and enforcement of data privacy and security policies. Previously, Randy held several positions at CGI, including Client Engagement Manager, where strong client relationships were established through effective contract management and SLA oversight, and Team Lead for the 2nd Level Helpdesk, with a focus on staffing and managing service level agreements. As a Senior IT Consultant, Randy contributed expertise by creating technical documents and updating support models. Randy holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University and a Cyber Crime Specialist certificate from Humber College.
