Dave Robinett

Dave Robinett is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel at AlertMedia since July 2025, where the focus is on emergency communication solutions. Previously, Dave held the positions of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at OJO from December 2018 to June 2025. Dave co-founded Eton Venture Services, Ltd. Co., working as Managing Director from February 2010 to December 2018, and also established the Robinett Law Firm, which supported tech startups in various legal matters from January 2010 to December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate & Securities Attorney at Vinson and Elkins and Gunderson Dettmer, as well as at Hughes & Luce, LLP. Dave began a career in education as a high school math teacher in Houston and New Orleans from 1991 to 1994. Academic credentials include a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, both earned in 1998, as well as a BS in Mathematical Economics from Tulane University, obtained cum laude in 1991.
