Monica Hernandez serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at AlertMedia since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading and executing scalable global recruiting strategies within a high-growth SaaS organization. Prior to this role, Monica worked as the Managing Director of Engineering, Scientific & IT Recruiting at Kytek Solutions from April 2016 to December 2020, managing a high-performance recruiting team and sourcing skilled professionals in these fields. Additionally, Monica held the position of Sr. Technical Recruiter and Regional Sales Manager at Protingent from July 2010 to March 2016, where efforts were focused on establishing an Engineering/IT recruiting firm in Southern California and connecting with companies in need of specialty technology recruiting services. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
