Tiffany Kilgore is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition, with extensive experience in leadership roles across various notable companies. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for University Relations, Diversity & Animal Health at Merck, Tiffany has previously held positions such as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Tyco, and Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Tiffany began their career as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Pfizer.
