David Frederick

David Frederick has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. David is currently the Chairman at Alesi Surgical.

Prior to their current role, David was the Executive Director at Healthcare21 from January 2012 to August 2022. At Healthcare21, David was responsible for the full P&L of Europe, which included $1bn in sales and over 700 headcount.

Before their time at Healthcare21, David was the Vice President of Sales EMEA Surgical Devices at Covidien from October 1999 to December 2011. In this role, David had full P&L responsibility for Europe and was responsible for a $1bn sales budget and headcount of over 700.

In addition to their roles in the medical device industry, David has also served as a Non Executive Director at Viroblock SA from February 2012 to February 2015.

David began their career in the medical device industry as a Regional Sales Manager at AutoSuture (USSC) from May 1994 to September 1999.

David Frederick completed a BA in Economics/Business Law at the University of Stirling.
