Rafaela Rodrigues is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various companies. Currently serving as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at ACITURRI since May 2023 and as Supervisora de Recursos Humanos at ALESTIS AEROSPACE since May 2022, Rafaela has previously held roles including Analista de Recursos Humanos at both ALESTIS AEROSPACE and Parker Hannifin. With a strong foundation in payroll management and compliance at IACIT Soluções Tecnológicas, Rafaela has been responsible for payroll processing, government reporting, labor negotiations, and personnel administration. Rafaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro de Tecnologia e Ciência - CETEC and a postgraduate degree in Department Personnel Management from Universidade Paulista, along with experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
