Aleta Law
Aleta Law was established as a boutique investigations and resolutions law firm. Our team has developed a national reputation for providing organizations with objective, thorough, and equitable investigation and decision-making services. While we are often sought out to handle high-profile and complex investigations and hearings for institutions, we treat every case with the same level of sensitivity, diligence, and objectivity. We have a depth of experience that only comes with having conducted and overseen thousands of investigations and hearings. Because we have advised and/or worked in-house at educational institutions, we understand the unique challenges and dynamics that our clients and participants face in these difficult cases. And because we know that as leaders we never stop being learners, we continue to educate ourselves and our clients as industry and regulatory standards evolve and change. Finally, we know, through years of practice, that we earn the trust of clients and participants in investigation and resolution processes by being fair and respectful, and delivering sound, supported findings.
