Alethia Family Counseling is a center for individual adults, minors, or couples & families seeking therapy or mental health interventions to improve their overall quality of life. Alethia focuses on several modalities, including talk, person centered therapy. We are trained to preform EMDR for PTSD and CBT for depression. Several of our counselors practice with children and adolescents, and conduct play therapy. Our scope of treatment is very expansive. Some of us provide couple's and marital counseling, including premarital counseling. Alethia organizes training events and public speaking engagements.
