Sean Sawyer

Sean Sawyer, an accomplished cybersecurity professional holding CISSP and GCIH certifications, currently serves as a Cyber Training Specialist at Aleut Federal. Sean's extensive experience includes roles such as Cybersecurity & Resiliency Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Cybersecurity Student at Allegiant Giving, where the transition from military service is facilitated through the Skillbridge Program. Sean's career with the United States Space Force and United States Air Force features leadership and strategic planning positions, including Flight Chief for Cyber and Test Support, overseeing cyber assessments and mentorship, and establishing robust cyber defense capabilities. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Bachelor's degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University, complemented by multiple specialized military training programs in intelligence and cyber operations.
