Charlotte Harrop

Charlotte Harrop is an experienced professional in the areas of people and culture, human resources, and revenue management. Currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at ALEX-BEGG AND COMPANY since June 2022, Charlotte has previously held key roles including HR and Finance Manager and Sales and Revenue Manager at Glenapp Castle Hotel, Cluster Revenue Manager at Leonardo Hotels, and Commercial Manager at Crowne Plaza Glasgow. Prior to these positions, Charlotte was Director of Revenue Management at Trump Turnberry and W Hotels, as well as at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where significant experience was gained over several years. Charlotte's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism from the University of the West of Scotland and Carrick Academy.
