Kimberly Allen

Kimberly Allen is an experienced attorney specializing in various areas of law, including mass tort cases, employment law, and estate planning. Currently a Contract Attorney at Quinn Emanuel since October 2017, Kimberly evaluates claims, prepares discovery for mediation, and analyzes expert materials on behalf of corporate defendants. In addition to this role, Kimberly serves as a Programs Attorney at CEB, overseeing Continuing Legal Education programs in Business, Employment, and Real Property. Previous positions include Of Counsel at Williamson Law Firm and Prindle, Amaro, Goetz, Hillyard, Barnes & Reinholtz LLP, where Kimberly focused on class actions, personal injury cases, and toxic tort litigation. Early career roles involved practicing probate and estate planning, as well as representation in civil commitment hearings. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marshall University.
