Scott Watson

Scott Watson is a Partner at Quinn Emanuel, where they focus on a diverse practice that includes intellectual property, international tort claims, and consumer class actions on behalf of technology clients. Previously, Scott served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. A. Raymond Randolph at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and worked as an Associate at Skadden Arps. Scott's notable achievements include being recognized in The National Law Journal's 2013 Appellate Hot List for a significant victory in the Federal Circuit and successfully developing a strategy during the smartphone litigation that led to a reduced jury award for Apple. Scott holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a BA in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
