Alexa Management
Bree Carrico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and engineering. As a Partner at Alexa Management, LLC since 2013, Bree collaborates with owners and investors to develop and operate diverse hospitality concepts, enhancing both new and existing businesses. Prior to this role, Bree served as an Engineering Consultant at ARCADIS from 2005 to 2016, where key contributions included overseeing the establishment of an international office in Oman, managing water utility projects in Colorado, and developing training curricula for water system operators. Bree also owned and managed Seven Bluff Cabins from 2010 to 2013, successfully implementing a business expansion plan that significantly boosted revenue and net income. Bree holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
