Tomi Xhelili

Tomi Xhelili is an experienced professional in client success and product solutions, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Alexa Translations since February 2023. Responsible for managing the entire client journey for AI platform accounts, Tomi delivers tailored training and strategic renewal support to enhance platform adoption and drive ROI. Previous roles include Product Solutions Manager and A.I. Client Solutions Manager at the same company, where Tomi led product demonstrations and provided implementation support. Tomi also has experience in music education as a Clarinet Instructor at Walkerville Collegiate Institute, and in concert production as Coordinator at the University of Windsor. Tomi co-founded HappyPet, managing operations and product analysis. Tomi holds a Bachelor of Music in Clarinet Performance from the University of Windsor and a Master of Fine Arts in the same field from Akademia e Arteve Tiranë.
