Sarah Wagner

Sarah Wagner has over a decade of experience in client success and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Prometric since June 2013. In this role, Sarah manages key client relationships and oversees the operations of testing programs, ensuring high levels of client and candidate satisfaction. Prior to this, Sarah held various positions at McDonald's from March 2008 to June 2013, culminating as a Certified Shift Manager. Sarah earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, with a focus on Psychology, from the Community College of Baltimore County.
