Brad Santiago, CCIM (S) has a extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Brad started their career at Alexander & Baldwin in 1992, where they held various positions including Systems and Senior Financial Analyst. Brad prepared financial feasibility models for real estate acquisitions and development projects, as well as annual operating plans and systems plans for the Properties Division. Later, they joined Kamehameha Schools in 2001 as a Mainland Asset Manager & Real Estate Investment Analyst, where they managed a portfolio of 28 assets located on the U.S. mainland. Brad then became a Development Project Manager & Financial Analyst, responsible for executing the revitalization of the Royal Hawaiian Center and preparing feasibility analyses for redevelopment projects. Brad also managed the Royal Hawaiian Center, which was sold in 2014. In 2007, they became a Senior Asset Manager at Kamehameha Schools, where they managed a portfolio of 48 retail and industrial assets on Oahu. Their responsibilities included strategic repositioning of assets, negotiating agreements, managing third-party property managers and leasing agents, and reporting on financial activities. In 2014, they joined Alexander & Baldwin as a Senior Asset Manager, overseeing a commercial real estate portfolio on Oahu and Maui. Brad was later promoted to Director, Management and Operations, where they oversaw a team of 8 managers and supervised a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets.
Brad Santiago, CCIM (S) obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 2013, they earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification from the CCIM Institute. Additionally, they hold a Real Estate Salesperson License (S) from the State of Hawaii Real Estate Commission.
