Gregg Yamauchi

Gregg Yamauchi has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Gregg began their career as an intern and analyst at Ernst & Young - Transaction Real Estate from May 2009 to December 2010. Gregg then moved on to Karlin Real Estate, where they served as Vice President from January 2011 to May 2017. Gregg then joined Trinity Investments as Vice President from June 2017 to February 2023. Currently, they are Director of Investments at Alexander & Baldwin, starting from February 2023.

Gregg Yamauchi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development and International Business from the USC Marshall School of Business. Gregg attended the school from 2004 to 2009. In 2008, Gregg also studied International Business at HKUST Business School for a brief period. However, it is not mentioned if they obtained a degree from HKUST.
